Deliveries & Installation
Here at Village Appliances in Association with DAS Ltd we offer an efficient delivery and installation service, all carried out by professional installers, with over 15 year+ of installation experience.
We appreciate that there can be lots of variables when carrying out an installation, if you are unsure of the correct installation package, please feel to contact us, either through our WhatsApp button on our website, or call 0118 334 5111.
Please make sure that the plumbing (water supply and drain) is easily accessible for our staff to be able to fit your appliance. We will also need to have direct access to the electrical supply socket. You will also need to make sure that our team members can access the area where you require your new appliance to be installed meaning moving any furniture or clutter that may be blocking the area.

Cancellation/Missed Call Out Charges
Failed delivery/installation - We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, as we load the day before, to move or cancel delivery/installation.
After the order has been loaded onto our vans and before the delivery has been attempted. If 24 hours’ notice not received, we charge £35.
Failed Installation on site - Due to product not being suitable, non like for like install, that cannot be fitted at the time, or any other reason beyond our control, we charge 100% of installation charge.
Our Delivery/Installation Areas
Local drop off delivery (limited area) - Drop off only, ground floor delivery with no unpacking or recycling. Available in the following postcodes:
RG30, RG31, RG1, RG2, RG5, RG6, RG7, RG8, RG9, RG10, RG12, RG14, RG18, RG19, RG40, RG41, RG42.
We offer full installation in the following areas:
- All RG postcodes,
- All SL postcodes,
- All GU postcodes,
- OX10, OX11, OX12.
